\n\u2022 Handle payment issues, disputes and fraud-related cases
\n\u2022 Assist both buyers and sellers with platform-related questions
\n\u2022 Escalate complex cases and provide solutions
\n\u2022 Improve customer satisfaction and overall experience
\n\u2022 Collaborate with internal teams<\/p>\n

REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Native German speaker
\n\u2022 Background in business or finance is a plus
\n\u2022 Experience in customer service is preferred
\n\u2022 Strong communication and problem-solving skills<\/p>\n
