Basic\u00a0Salary: \u20ac1,500 gross per month x 14 salaries per year
\nFixed Project Bonus: \u20ac200 gross per month
\nPerformance Bonus: Up to \u20ac250 gross per month
\nWorking Hrs:\u00a0\u00a040 hrs per week between Monday\u2013Friday, 09:00\u201318:00<\/p>\n

Our client is an international customer experience and technology company supporting some of the world\u2019s leading global brands. For their growing team in Athens, they are looking for an experienced\u00a0sales professional to join a digital advertising project. This is a proactive outbound sales role, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable picking up the phone, approaching businesses and creating sales opportunities.<\/p>\n

The Role<\/strong><\/p>\n

As a B2B Sales Representative, you will work with business advertisers, helping them identify opportunities to grow through digital advertising. Some customers may already be using advertising solutions but not getting the most from them, while others may not initially recognise a clear need. Your job will be to start the conversation, understand their business and identify opportunities where the right advertising solution could help.<\/p>\n

Your responsibilities will include:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Making proactive outbound calls to business customers and advertisers
\nCold calling and generating new sales opportunities
\nRe-engaging dormant or underdeveloped accounts
\nUsing a consultative approach rather than simply delivering a sales pitch
\nRecommending suitable digital advertising solutions
\nHandling objections and overcoming initial resistance
\nBuilding strong relationships with business customers
\nFollowing up on leads and opportunities throughout the sales process
\nManaging your sales pipeline and customer activity through CRM systems
\nWorking towards individual sales, conversion and revenue targets
\nKeeping up to date with digital advertising products and market developments<\/p>\n

Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are looking for someone with a strong commercial mindset who enjoys proactive sales and is comfortable working towards targets.<\/p>\n

You will need:<\/p>\n

Fluent German\u00a0and English
\nMinimum 12 months’ proven sales experience
\nPrevious experience in outbound sales, telesales, B2B sales, business development, account management or a similar commercial role
\nConfidence making outbound calls and approaching potential customers
\nExperience with cold calling or proactive prospecting
\nStrong communication and active listening skills
\nA consultative approach to sales and the ability to uncover customer needs
\nConfidence handling objections and rejection
\nStrong negotiation and closing skills
\nA target-driven and results-focused approach<\/p>\n
