YOUR TASKS
• Support customers via phone, email and chat
• Handle payment issues, disputes and fraud-related cases
• Assist both buyers and sellers with platform-related questions
• Escalate complex cases and provide solutions
• Improve customer satisfaction and overall experience
• Collaborate with internal teams
REQUIREMENTS
• Native German speaker
• Background in business or finance is a plus
• Experience in customer service is preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
