German speaking Email Support Agent Full Time

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (office-based)
Salary: 1,585 gross/month (approx. 1230 EUR net)
Hours: 40 hrs/week – rotating shifts (24/7 operation)
Relocation Support:  Relocation Bonus: €1,200 Gross (paid in 2 instalments) – to support relocation and initial rent costs plus 21 Days of Company-Provided Accommodation on arrival, and assistance in finding a long-term home. Plus your flight is booked to Sofia

In this role, you’ll provide email support to players of one of the world’s leading online gaming platforms. You’ll help players with account, technical and gameplay-related queries, ensuring every interaction is handled professionally and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

Provide high-quality customer support via email in German.
Respond to player enquiries in a professional, friendly and timely manner.
Troubleshoot account, login and technical issues.
Investigate and resolve gameplay-related queries.
Aim for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal teams when required.
Accurately document all customer interactions.
Deliver an outstanding customer experience while meeting quality and productivity targets.

What We’re Looking For

Fluent in German
Good level of English
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
Comfortable with shift work in a fast-paced, structured environment
