Dutch Speaking Technical Support Advisor (split shifts)
Location: Sofia, Bulgaria

Salary: €1,997 gross p/m (= €1,550 net per month) + performance bonus up to €85 gross p/m
Hours: 40 hrs/week, rotational shifts between Mon–Sun, 08:30–23:00 (split shifts)

We are recruiting Dutch-speaking Technical Support Advisor  for an international outsourcing partner in Bulgaria.

In this role, you will:

Be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and live chat
Handle queries and technical issues, ensuring timely first-time resolution
Provide accurate advice on products and services
Recommend solutions that best fit customer needs

Requirements

Fluent Dutch (spoken and written)
Good level of English
Previous experience in customer service, tech support or sales preferred
Ability to multi-task and problem-solve
Willingness to work split shifts

Salary & Benefits

€1,550 net per month + monthly bonus up to €100 gross
