French-speaking Car Rental Customer Advisor Full Time

Location: Porto, Portugal
Salary: €1,000 gross per month, paid 14 times per year
Meal allowance: €7.63 net per working day
Working hours: Monday to Friday, on rotating shifts between 07:00 and 18:00
Accommodation: Subsidised company-arranged room for €280 per month, including rent and utility billse

Are you a French speaker who enjoys helping customers plan their journeys? Join a customer support team in Porto, assisting customers of an international car and van rental company operating in more than 140 countries.

The role

You’ll support customers throughout the rental process, from questions about reservations and vehicle options to resolving issues with an existing booking. You’ll communicate by phone, email and messaging, helping each customer find an option that suits their needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

Answering questions about car rental reservations, vehicles and services
Helping customers understand their options and choose suitable services
Resolving enquiries promptly and professionally
Keeping customers informed throughout the rental process
Building positive customer relationships through clear communication

What we’re looking for

Excellent spoken and written French
Strong customer service and communication skills
Confidence discussing services and identifying customer needs
A practical approach to resolving problems
Previous contact centre or sales experience would be an advantage

The employment package includes:

€1,000 gross per month
Salary paid 14 times per year

The company can arrange a room in subsidised accommodation. The cost is approx €280 per month and will be deducted directly from your salary. This amount covers both your rent and utility bills.
